These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between odd96 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). The platform provides online gaming and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. All members are required to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
The meanings of terms used in these conditions are explained below:
- "Platform" refers to the odd96 website, mobile site, and all related services.
- "Member" or "User" refers to any person who holds a registered account on odd96 or uses the platform.
- "Account" refers to a member's personal registered profile on the platform.
- "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in an account.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward granted by the platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Terms" refers to this complete document and any future amendments to it.
Eligibility to Use the Service
2.1 Age Requirement
To use the services of odd96, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a real person; automated software or bots are not permitted.
- Your account must be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
- Each member may operate only one account.
- You must have the legal capacity to participate in online gaming activities in the region where you reside.
2.2 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts
If one person or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account from the same device or IP address, all associated accounts may be closed and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on odd96, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in account closure. It is the member's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration up to date.
- The name, date of birth, and contact details provided must be truthful and accurate.
- odd96 may request identity documents or other records at any time for the purpose of verification.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected].
- You may not allow any third party to use your account.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- It is advisable to change your password regularly.
- odd96 will not be held responsible for any misuse of an account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- The standard withdrawal process is completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- The registered mobile number must be used at the time of deposit.
- Transactions cannot be made through any method other than the payment methods designated by odd96.
- Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms & Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the member's own registered mobile wallet in their name.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.
- odd96 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency
All transactions on odd96 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- Example 1: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
- Example 2: Depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per member.
- odd96 reserves the right to determine eligibility for receiving a bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only.
- Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus is cancelled after it expires.
- odd96 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
- Separate cashback and rewards apply for VIP members.
5.3 VIP Program
odd96's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.9% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). The details for achieving and maintaining VIP tiers are determined by odd96 and are subject to change.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
- All bets are considered final — bets will not be cancelled unless there is a technical error.
- If a technical issue arises with a game result, odd96 will investigate and may cancel the bet if necessary.
- odd96 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
- Each game's own rules and conditions apply.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors will be forfeited.
6.2 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed across various markets in the sports betting section. Bet outcomes will be determined based on official results. In any disputed case, odd96's decision is final.
6.3 Live Casino
Real-time games with professional dealers can be enjoyed in odd96's live casino section. In the case of a lost internet connection during a live game, bets already placed may not be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
- Bonus fraud — creating or operating multiple accounts with the intent to misuse bonuses.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting any errors or vulnerabilities in the system or games.
- Threatening, harassing, or misconduct towards other members.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Placing bets on behalf of others or for a third party.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
- Any attempt to manipulate game results.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 odd96's Rights
odd96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Failure to verify identity.
- Long-term inactivity of the account.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
8.2 Member's Rights
A member may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the wagering requirements have been met.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odd96 will not be liable for the following:
- Loss of games or bets due to internet connection issues.
- Failure of third-party software or payment methods.
- Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
- Misuse of an account due to the member's own negligence.
- Any financial loss arising from gambling.
9.1 Service Availability
While odd96 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. odd96 is not obligated to provide compensation for such disruptions.

odd96 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect members' personal information. Members' data is not sold or transferred to third parties.

These terms and conditions and any related disputes shall be governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between odd96 and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
